As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by providing strategic financial insights and advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly forecasting and reporting across a five-year forecast period, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Own the compensation forecasting process, partnering with HR and business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage cost recovery analysis and financial reporting for enabling functions, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting, empowering informed decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity across financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support senior decision-making, including the Executive Committee.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for real-time performance tracking, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance through robust governance practices, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across Finance, HR, and business units on cost management, offering expert guidance and support.
