System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and skilled System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, technical development leads, solution design leads, UX design leads, product owners and vendor partners to establish business and technical requirements and drive them through successful and on-time delivery of functionality/optimizations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to document highly detailed technical specifications from requirements and have a functional understanding of Front ends, API patterns, REST.

The role involves collaborating with users, Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent. It also involves analysing business processes, procedures and work practices to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required, designing new computer systems and frameworks, creating user and training documentation, conducting formal training and developing functional specifications for use by System Developers.

Other key responsibilities include requirement / user story creation/ Requirements Traceability matrix, refinement of requirements and user stories to form highly detailed technical specifications, pre-analysis of upcoming requirements to advice business and technical teams if changes are feasible or to the technical teams to take design considerations for upcoming requirements.
