The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-volume recruitment activities, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation. They will also provide high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to address business needs
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional care throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop solutions
  • Utilize recruitment databases and tools to streamline the recruitment process
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
