As a senior member of our consulting team, you will design and implement AWS-based solutions for migration of Oracle databases (12c and later) and other applications (WebLogic based).
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful workload migrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing AWS-based solutions for Oracle database migration
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful workload migrations
- Identifying opportunities for improvements to migrated workloads, including architectural, security, resilience, performance and cost
- Mentoring and growing other team members through sharing skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to have;
- Extensive experience with Oracle 12c and 19c databases as a DBA
- Strong consulting skills and customer-facing skill sets
- Ideal experience working within a Cloud Team (specifically AWS)
- Skills with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and Configuration as Code (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) would be beneficial
