Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) pool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality education to young children.

  • This role involves covering teacher absences in our Early Childhood cohorts, based across Morwell and Sale campuses.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality education to students in the Early Childhood cohort
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Proven experience in teaching and educational settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
