As a Business Development Manager - Loan Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our white label business by delivering exceptional support services to our network.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationships (50%):
- Book proactive appointments and phone calls with brokers to foster strong relationships and expand our offering.
- Collaborate with internal team members to build broker connections and enhance their knowledge of our loan products.
- Attend regular meetings with state teams to provide updates and insights on performance against objectives.
- Utilize Hubspot to track activities and optimize results.
- Organize strategic meetings for groups to drive business forward.
- Manage complaints from both brokers and customers efficiently.
- Post-settlement inquiries and management for both brokers and customers.
- Operational (30%):
- Take ownership of one White Label lender relationship, driving BDM activity and product pricing policy exemptions.
- Manage post-settlement inquiries and customer service.
- Technical (20%):
- Oversee technical content development, including training, events, marketing materials, and websites.
- Enter data for staff and broker loans submitted through the White label platform.
- Coordinate accreditation training sessions.
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or equivalent.
- Diploma in Financial Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the finance industry, preferably in lending, underwriting, sales, or customer service.
- Mortgage lending experience, either in sales or underwriting.
- Negotiation skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
