Regional Manager: WA

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our WA region and drive business results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring retail sales and gross profits are maximised and customer service is delivered across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, motivate and inspire stores to consistently hit sales targets, operational and HR requirements
- Ensure consistency across stores, providing the highest level of service and Kathmandu core values
- Focus on sales, profitability, store standards, stock control and team development
- Model and promote the desired Kathmandu culture and values within the team
- Support and communicate with the wider Regional Manager/State Management team on national initiatives and day-to-day retail operations
- Proven management experience in a leadership role responsible for multi-site or region of retail stores
- Experience in leading and developing a large team, articulating and communicating to all levels of the company direction and focus
- Confidence in interpreting data and reports, adhering to budgets and using information to drive sales and identify training needs
