About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Regional WA. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering engineering activities to ensure projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Project Engineers and the management team in the safe delivery of the project
  • Complete daily and weekly planning, progress, and productivity reports and site records
  • Prepare engineering computations and drawings
  • Field engineering assistance
  • QA preparation, ITP sign off, NRC's, and quality documentation
  • Procurement and planning assistance
  • Review project schedules to ensure delivery times are met and communicate with key stakeholders on progress

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering qualification or relevant degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Project Engineer in a civil environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, and PDF software packages
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Projects/Primavera P6 software
  • Proven site execution capability, working with Supervisors, Superintendents, and client representatives to maintain and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work FIFO
