Join the Team:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the opening team at Batard. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with senior chefs to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency in your section.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant
- Strong culinary skills, with a focus on attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
