Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Prouds Jewellers in Canberra. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's success.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies and procedures through in-house training.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
