Role Overview

Prouds Jewellers Woden is seeking a motivated sales superstar to join our team as a Sales Professional. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

About the Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences while promoting our high-quality jewellery products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the success of the store.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills and a proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team, with flexibility to work across our seven-day store roster.
