About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Administrator to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Memorial Drive.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless membership administration support.

You will be the first point of contact for members, providing a warm and welcoming experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing membership administration support to ensure seamless member experiences
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Retaining members through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and retention targets

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
