About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Administrator to join our dynamic team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

As a Membership Administrator, you will play a critical role in retaining members and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing membership administration, resolving member queries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership administration, including membership sales, renewals, and cancellations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote membership sales and retention initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of membership retention strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and retention targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a membership or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
