Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment, planning and implementing educational programs, and working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Great personal presentation
  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
