Early Childhood Educator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children.

Our centres provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to learn and grow through play-based activities. We have an abundance of great resources outside, including sandpits, forts, other climbing equipment and vegetable gardens.

Our six indoor spaces are specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

  • Inspiring children through play-based and interest-focused activities is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • You will be responsible for supporting daily routines in line with our Oac Grow Curriculum.
  • Maintaining accurate records of the children's development through observations is essential.
  • Forming meaningful partnerships with families is a vital part of this position.
