As a key member of the Tile Effect team, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts for construction, procurement, and supplier agreements.

Key responsibilities include negotiating terms with suppliers and contractors, maintaining clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and ensuring accuracy and compliance of all contractual documents.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to contract terms and timelines, monitoring contract costs, and procuring trades and suppliers as required.

Additionally, the Contract Administrator will assist with tender submissions and estimating, coordinate with site supervisors and project managers on daily scheduling, and oversee subcontractor and supplier performance.

Regular updates will be provided to the Director and internal team regarding contract progress, project milestones, and any variations.
