The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for selling, adding value, and retaining Pet Health Insurance products while providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via digital channels, outbound, and inbound calls
  • Secure sales from customers who have recently visited our website or called our contact centre
  • Assist with refining and improving processes within the Pet Sales Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment, General Insurance, or Financial services
  • Ability to learn all aspects of the Sales Process and identify sales opportunities quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, and able to learn new systems
  • A strong team player who works collaboratively with others
