Teaching Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking passionate educators experienced in, or eager to explore, the Science of Learning.

We are looking for teachers who share our enthusiasm for evidence-based teaching strategies and have a strong understanding of the Science of Learning. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain respectful and caring relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Use data to make informed decisions about learning and teaching.
  • Collaborate, support, and contribute to the building of a professional learning culture.

 

In addition to your teaching experience, we require applicants to demonstrate their ability to:

  • Analyse and interpret data to inform instruction and drive student outcomes.
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
