About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team at ACE Training. As a leading provider of heavy machinery and construction training, we are looking for an individual with a strong background in lifting operations and a passion for sharing their knowledge with others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services, combining theory and practical activities to ensure students meet the required standards.
  • Ensure that all training content and delivery meets the highest standards, adhering to ASQA and RTO regulations.
  • Supervise students' behavior and provide motivating training to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are safe and serviceable.
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site, and flexibility is essential.
Requirements
  • Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction, civil, resources, and infrastructure sectors
  • Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • You will need to be an Australian Resident
  • Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
