Senior Systems Support Specialist

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Senior Systems Support Specialist to join our Gippsland Health Alliance team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

You will work within a fast-paced and dynamic team to deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions and support to our member health services.

As a Senior Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, from implementing new technologies to improving existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to the team
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure
  • Implement new technologies and improve existing systems
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of cyber security concepts and how they apply to on-premise and cloud-based systems
  • Significant experience in support of Microsoft platforms; Azure/Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, other cloud collaboration services
