Food and Beverage Service Position

We are seeking a qualified Food and Beverage Attendant to join our restaurant team in Mackay. This casual position requires weekend shifts, offering the opportunity for flexible work arrangements.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, including welcoming guests, seating them, and serving food and beverages. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, although on-the-job training will be provided. Key requirements include the ability to work weekends and take initiative to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Taking orders and memorizing menu items to offer recommendations
  • Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work weekends and varying shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
