We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant with exceptional skills to join our team. As an Advanced Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex conditions.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual or group treatment programs for patients with complex conditions.
  • Negotiate and manage conflicts to advocate for resources and provide high-level allied health services.
  • Manage therapy assistants' workload to accommodate leave and changing requirements of clinicians.
  • Report any adverse circumstances related to facilities, equipment, and people safety and take remedial action as directed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
