We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of our technical training programs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale training initiatives in the energy sector, with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and RTO governance.

Key responsibilities will include leading a team of Program Leads and Technical Trainers, overseeing the design and delivery of technical development programs, and ensuring all training is compliant, high-quality, and continuously improved.

The ideal candidate will be a senior leader with deep experience in technical training within the energy or utilities sector, combining strategic vision with operational excellence.

This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive level, as well as the ability to coach, inspire, and develop teams.

About You
  • You have significant experience in leading large-scale training programs within electricity or related industries.
  • You have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, RTO governance, and training accreditation.
  • You possess proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop teams.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive level.
