Cyber Security Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain an Information Security Management System aligned to industry standards, such as ISO27001/02, IEC62443, and the Essential 8.
  • Lead a small team supported by a managed security service provider in delivering security operations services.
  • Monitor the performance of key functional deliverables, including the Security Operations Centre (SOC), Security Information Event Management System (SIEM), and ensure proper integration.
  • Assess new technologies, processes, and infrastructure for risk, aligning with our defined risk appetite and policies and procedures.
  • Act as an incident manager for cyber events and participate in regular testing of these procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a cyber security leader with both technical skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing an information security standard, like ISO27001/02, NIST, IEC62443, and the Essential 8.
  • High-level technical understanding of concepts surrounding common enterprise ICT systems and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory drivers for information security.
