Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our Aged Care Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring a group of highly skilled professionals who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing, remote team with clarity and compassion.
  • Ensure quality assessments and outcomes for clients through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain robust community connections.
  • Travel within your designated region and engage in occasional assessments to stay hands-on.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience, particularly in managing remote teams.
  • Relevant qualifications in fields such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology.
  • A deep passion for aged care and client-centered service is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
