Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled mental health professionals to join our team as part-time Trauma Specialists Psychotherapists. This role involves providing expert support to clients through our innovative hybrid working model.

Essential Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years delivering therapy in a clinical setting, with a strong background in trauma therapy.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Full AHPRA (General or Clinical) or AASW (Mental Health or Clinical) registration.
  • Specialised Training: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Schematherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, or Internal Family Systems.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor or master's in social work.
    • Post-Graduate in Psychology.
    Desirable Skills
    • DBT Expertise: We're looking for someone who is passionate about learning and specialising in DBT therapy. If you're enthusiastic about this approach, we're committed to supporting your growth in this area.
    • DBT Group Facilitation: You'll have the opportunity to lead DBT Skill Groups, guiding sessions for groups of up to 15 people, helping them develop essential life skills.
