Safety LeadershipThe Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor plays a critical role in strengthening our Safety Management System and embedding a proactive, people-first safety culture across our operations. This position drives robust risk management practices to support a safe and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across our Distribution Centres in Australia and New Zealand
- Manage injury management and workers compensation processes, including early intervention, rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders to help them take ownership of safety within their teams
- Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored HSW solutions
- Minimum 4 years' experience in injury management, including workers compensation, return-to-work coordination and proactive recovery strategies
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar advisory role, ideally within a warehouse or high-risk industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian Work Health and Safety Legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice
- Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting incident investigations and applying learnings to improve safety outcomes
