About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting primary school-aged children to grow and develop in a happy and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well-being.
  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Participate in professional and personal development.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare's expectations and educational philosophy.
Requirements
  • An ACECQA-approved school age qualification.
  • A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the child care industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for the education and care of school-aged children in a play-based environment.
  • Effective workplace communication skills.
