Job Title: OSHC Assistant Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as an OSHC Assistant Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our Outside School Hours Care service and developing programs that promote high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Coordinator to plan and implement engaging programs that meet the needs of children.
• Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that fosters social development and learning.
• Develop and implement educational activities that promote interactive and engaging learning experiences.
• Uphold and promote the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality care within an Outside School Hours Care setting.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
