We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accredited Lead Auditor to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our Assurance division, you will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and AS/NZS 4801:2001 / ISO 45001:2018 standards
- Develop and implement audit plans, and coordinate audit dates with clients and SAI operations
- Interface directly with clients to ensure compliance with international standards
- Work on complex third-party audits that require considerable judgment and expertise
- Complete audit reports and conduct follow-up activities as required
- Interface with SAI Senior Auditors, Client Relation Managers, and Operations
- Contribute to the development and achievement of Intertek's strategic vision
- Travel as required
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University or equivalent education
- RAB / IRCA Lead Auditor certification
- Extensive full-time experience in the field of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
- Experience conducting third-party audits
- In-depth experience across a broad range of industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Health Services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to write reports, effectively present information, and respond to questions from clients
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
