**Caregiver Wanted**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate caregiver to provide exceptional support and care to our residents. Our beautiful lodge at Mooloolah Valley offers a 24/7 residential service, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

This role is ideal for someone with a Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care, who is skilled in supporting individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support, including cooking, cleaning, medication management, resident health and behavioural observations, and maintenance recording.

You will work collaboratively as part of a team, often autonomously, to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge. Your roster will include morning, day, afternoon, and sleep over shifts, reflecting the 24/7 nature of our service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require a valid Yellow Card, Police Check, First Aid Certification, and Covid 19 Vaccination.
