Job Description

As Centre Director, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering quality early learning and care across five rooms. You will shape the service philosophy, ensuring compliance and excellence. With a major refurbishment planned for completion this year, you will bring your vision to life in a refreshed environment.

You will coach and mentor your team to empower children's learning and create space for reflective practice. You will collaborate with families and community partners, maintain quality and safety, and lead initiatives that make the centre a place where all children thrive.
