Job Title: Shift Leaders

We are seeking experienced Shift Leaders to join our team in Horsham. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Restaurant Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.
  • To be responsible for motivating and guiding Team Members to achieve their best performance.
  • To ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate Team Members.
  • Exceptional Customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Must have competent computer skills.
