Job Overview

The Field Service Supervisor is accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing comprehensive support regarding service, repair and general provision queries in relation to the allocated area of operation.

This position offers a relocation package and company-provided housing, inclusive of paid utilities, to assist the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring high-quality service repairs and aftermarket support for a wide range of CAT machines and engines.
  • Manage work order scheduling, execution and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide customer warranty support, liaising with clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Champion safety by enforcing OH&S protocols and conducting risk assessments.
  • Utilize CAT systems (SIS) and IDS to oversee job tracking, reporting and documentation.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring and leadership.

Requirements

  • A qualified Heavy Duty trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings.
  • Proven leadership in similar industries, with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • A strong understanding of OH&S protocols and risk assessments, ensuring safety in high-risk environments.
  • Skilled in managing dynamic workloads and competing priorities through effective planning and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technically proficient in computer systems for job tracking, reporting and service coordination.
