Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emerging Technology Lead to drive innovation and transformation across our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating emerging digital technologies that can enhance our safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and explore how new digital technologies can help achieve our strategic goals. About You
  • A degree in technology, engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Knowledge in current and emerging digital technologies, including their applications in enhancing safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Practical understanding of the mining industry or similar sectors.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and work effectively across different stakeholder groups.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with effective problem-solving skills and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
