Northern Territory Crisis Response Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Responder to join our team in the Northern Territory.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our members who need help, when they need it. Our Responder will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals in need, working closely with our Response Network Manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide emergency and non-emergency support responses as required.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement and partnership relations to build strong relationships with local stakeholders.
- Participate in operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recent or current experience in emergency services, military, and/or security-related work.
- A strong network of contacts in the local area.
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management.
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
