**Regulatory Qualifications Coordinator**

At our organisation, we're looking for a skilled Regulatory Qualifications Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for monitoring and escalating inbound enquiries on qualification matters, organising and maintaining standard operating procedures, and supporting the revision of legal instruments and website content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and mapping all recognised regulatory qualifications, requirements, and pathways for each license class.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of customer, stakeholders, and vendor relationships through effective communication.
  • Coordinating working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of industry developments and trends to inform procedure development.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to support any activities undertaken by the Senior Project Officer.
  • Passion for actively collaborating across teams and with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
