Job Title: Regulatory Service Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Regulatory Services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, developing and implementing strategic plans to improve regulatory functions, coordinating activities across the Branch and team, and providing direction and guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams, as well as extensive experience in Environment and Regulatory services, particularly in Local Government.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliance Management: Leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve regulatory functions.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating activities across the Branch and team.
  • Staff Guidance: Providing direction and guidance to staff.

Essential criteria include:

  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Environmental Health, Regulatory Services or related discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in Environment and Regulatory services, particularly in Local Government.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Project Management: Project management skills and ability to plan and coordinate activities.
