We're looking for a highly skilled Mobile Lending Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our growth trajectory, you'll be responsible for meeting with customers at their convenience, generating new opportunities from business development and lead generation activities, qualifying warm leads, and ensuring regulatory compliance and administration tasks are completed.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading member-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking. As a Mobile Lender, you'll have the autonomy to work independently or collaboratively as needed to achieve goals. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and build relationships with local professionals and nurture new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with customers at their preferred time and location
  • Generating new opportunities through business development and lead generation activities
  • Qualifying warm leads and managing the sales process
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and completing necessary administration tasks

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A good level of self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • Relevant home lending experience with an understanding of industry, regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
  • An appropriate level of knowledge and integrity to act responsibly in a lending capacity
  • The ability to develop and build relationships with local professionals and nurture new business opportunities
  • A track record in planning and organizing to meet multiple demands around an independent schedule
