What's the role? At St. George, our Mobile Lending Managers play a vital role in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals. Working flexibly and independently, you'll be the go-to expert for new and existing customers, guiding them through the home loan journey from start to finish. You'll make the process smooth, rewarding, and personal – and introduce them to banking solutions that support their broader financial goals. You'll also nurture valuable referral relationships with key partners – from real estate agents to accountants and beyond – ensuring a steady stream of opportunities and a strong presence in your local community. Responsibilities
  • Build and foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a lending context and guide customers through the home lending journey.
  • Identify opportunities to support customers' broader financial goals with suitable banking solutions.
  • Develop and sustain referral relationships with key partners to generate opportunities and maintain local market presence.
Qualifications
  • Strong ability to foster customer relationships starting with a referral network of external partners; experience in maintaining such networks is essential.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.
  • Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
