Mid-Senior Data Analyst Position

This is a hands-on opportunity, requiring a commercially minded professional to deliver accurate reporting, high-impact visualisations, and business-critical insights across all areas of the organisation. The role plays a key part in executing the company's data strategy within the CIO's broader IT governance framework.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and collaborate with key teams across the business, driving meaningful business and educational outcomes in a data-rich environment.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and delivering executive-ready dashboards using Power BI.
  • Leading reporting across student performance, marketing campaigns, financial metrics, and franchisee operations.
  • Collaborating with Curriculum, Marketing, Product, Regional CEOs, and IT teams to ensure data alignment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI and SQL, commercial understanding of franchise operations and learning metrics, and experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder business environments.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 7–10 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and SQL.
  • Commercial understanding of franchise operations and learning metrics.
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver strategic insights.
