About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our insurance broking team, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients
  • Identify and meet client needs through proactive service delivery, account management, and account retention
  • Provide regular client updates and respond to queries within agreed timeframes
  • Offer education on additional products and services where applicable
  • Assist with complex client queries and complaints
  • Negotiate with insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines
  • Understand client financials and provide support on debt management, payment enquiries, and settlements
  • Work towards achieving individual and team financial targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an insurance broking position
  • Tier 1 accreditation or insurance broking qualification
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a substantial portfolio
  • Strong understanding of commercial and domestic insurance
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
