Job Description

  We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as Senior Legal Counsel. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's evolving business landscape, making bold moves in its sector.

This position offers the chance to work closely with the General Counsel in a broad and influential legal role. You'll be a trusted advisor across the business, supporting key functions including commercial, finance, projects, operations, exploration, native title, human resources, and company secretarial.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice across a wide range of commercial, corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts including procurement, banking, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Managing disputes and claims efficiently, including oversight of external legal counsel.
  • Contribute to corporate governance, risk, and support major operational and strategic initiatives.
