Job Title: Delivery Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to manage the movement and storage of products, load and unload trucks and containers, and deliver mobility equipment to private homes and aged care facilities.

This is a role that requires delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient dispatching of stock. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning returned hire stock in accordance with company policies, receiving and dispatching stock accurately, unpacking, labeling, and storing goods safely and in an organized manner.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Clean returned hire stock in accordance with policies
  • Receive and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently
  • Unpack, label, and store goods safely and in an organized manner
  • Pick and pack products for delivery in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process transport consignments and manage logistics effectively
  • Undertake specialized deliveries and pickups of assistive technology and mobility aids
  • Set up and demonstrate equipment to customers as required
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Forklift license
  • Excellent computer skills, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Physical fitness for manual work
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and compassion in all customer interactions
  • COVID-19 vaccination records or valid medical exemption
  • National Police Check clearance
