Job Description

The Delivery Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through timely, efficient, and professional delivery services.

They will clean returned hire stock in line with company policy to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

The successful candidate will receive and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.

Unpacking, labeling, and storing goods safely and securely is crucial to prevent damage or loss.

Pick and pack products for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Transport consignments must be processed promptly and efficiently to minimize delays.

Specialised deliveries and pickups of Assistive Technology and mobility aids require attention to detail and a patient approach.

Setting up and demonstrating equipment to customers as required showcases product features and benefits.

The Delivery Services Associate will deliver mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters, and walking frames to private houses or aged care facilities, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all customer interactions.

They will work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory, optimize storage and loading/unloading of trucks and containers, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
