Census Operations Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Census Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the census collection activities in regional and remote areas of Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a small team of field staff to ensure high-quality operations.
- Develop and implement work plans to achieve census objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
- Promote participation in the census through effective communication and outreach strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience in operational settings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
- Sound knowledge of local area geography and ability to read and navigate maps.
- A competitive hourly rate.
