System Quality Assurance Lead

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality testing strategy that meets the requirements of our Contract Management System (CMS) Replacement Project.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure integrations, functionality, and performance meet high standards.
  • Lead a dedicated test team, coordinate with project stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration with business teams.
  • Create detailed testing approaches, including risk-based test planning and opportunities for automation.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to plan go-live readiness and guarantee long-term system stability.

About Our Transformation Project:

  • This is Nissan Financial Services' largest transformation project for Australia and New Zealand, replacing ageing legacy systems with a unified Contract Management System (CMS); Netsol Ascent.
  • The successful candidate will be part of this critical initiative and contribute their expertise in leading quality assurance.

Your Expertise:

  • You are an experienced testing professional who excels in leading quality assurance in complex transformation programs.
  • You possess both technical depth to design robust testing strategies and leadership skills to inspire teams and stakeholders to deliver with confidence.
  • Significant experience leading testing in large-scale IT transformation or system replacement projects, ideally as a Test Manager, Senior Test Lead, or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise in system integration testing, end-to-end business testing, and UAT coordination.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools — experience with Tosca is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing testing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business functions.
