Job Title: Lead System Tester

We are seeking a seasoned Lead System Tester to drive the testing of complex projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in collaborative environments and have a knack for strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive system testing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, creating and implementing test plans aligned with organizational policies and project goals, managing resource allocation and work distribution across testing projects, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of all test-related outputs, coordinating with stakeholders to secure sign-off on test phase deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-level system testing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and implement test plans aligned with organizational policies and project goals
  • Manage resource allocation and work distribution across testing projects
  • E nsure the quality and timely delivery of all test-related outputs
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure sign-off on test phase deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in test management across large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and test management systems
  • Ability to drive process improvements and manage vendor relationships
