Fulfilment Operations Coordinator Job

Support a high-performing team in a warehouse environment, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute tasks such as forklift operations, picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods and customer orders with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Supervise the daily warehouse operation, assign tasks, breaks, and provide feedback on performance to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Implement and achieve operational goals in your work area by collaborating with the team.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
