Overview

Linfox is hiring a Warehouse Team Leader in Huntingwood, New South Wales, Australia. This is a permanent night shift role from 11:10pm to 7:10am.

Responsibilities
  • Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and direction to staff to ensure KPI's are met and exceeded.
  • Manage staff issues including absenteeism and performance levels.
  • Assist with quality requirements by accurately inspecting and recording all inbound freight movements into the DC.
  • Control staff rosters and workload to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Liaise with transport providers and the wider warehouse team to ensure an accurate and efficient inbound process.
Are you the one?
  • Previous experience in a similar role within warehousing or logistics.
  • Proven leadership capabilities including ability to effectively engage a team.
  • Extensive computer skills – strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship building with customers across all levels.
  • Understanding of SAP systems.
  • Current LF Licence (High Reach experience preferred).
